abstract = {The  present  sttudy  highlights  the  Visual  acuity  in  patients  before  and  after  the  first  month phacoemulsification surgery.  Phacoemulsification is the most  common  surgical treatment of ocular cataract.  Removing  the  lens  from  a  small  incision,  avoidance  of  intraoperative  and  postoperative complications  and  quick  visual  rehabilitation  (visual  acuity)  are  its  advantages.  This  clinical  study investigated the  changes  in  V.A. of  80  patients  15 and  30  days after surgery.  In  all  of the  cases, postoperative  astigmatism  with  a higher  value  of  1.75  D was  measured,  30 days  after  surgery, there was a slight improvement in postoperative astigmatism. Clinical research, concluded that the restoration  of  vision  of all  patients  was  at  high  level  from  0.26  to  0.89  and  without  any  major complications within the first month after Phacoemulsification. },
